serene ambiance whirlpool terrace
The loft room upgrade I received was quite spacious. This upgrade provided calm and serene ambiance with a wonderful view. I found a whirlpool on the outside terrace of the room.
The music volume at breakfast was a bit loud.

mediocre experience due TO some hiccups
rude receptionist slow check-in
the location WAS acceptable and convenient for nearby restaurants.
the check-in was awful, and the receptionist didn't even apologize for THE long wait. instead, he made a rude comment about it being peak hour and GAVE me a dismissive look. it felt unprofessional and UNWELCOMING.

excellent stay with attentive staff
attentive staff comfortable bed extra pillow
i enjoyed the comfort room. the pool area had sufficient loungers. breakfast included champagne, a nice bonus. the staff were attentive without being intrusive. i liked that the service charge was included. i appreciated the comfortable beds with extra pillows and a warm blanket.
the check-in process was slow. the receptionist did not greet me initially. i found his initial demeanor unwelcoming.
